Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using The Detail Coach website, requesting services, and purchasing digital business resources.
These Terms apply to the public website at getdetailcoach.com and to the activities described below. A signed proposal, statement of work, checkout disclosure, product-specific license, or other written agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms for a particular transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Current offers and the future CRM
The Detail Coach currently offers website design, business systems and documents, digital products and free resources, and inquiry-based monthly support. Availability and exact scope are shown on the applicable page or in a written proposal.
The Detail Coach CRM is a separate product in active development. It is not currently available for public subscription or purchase, and no website inquiry, service payment, or digital-product purchase creates CRM access or a CRM subscription.
2. Website use and communications
- You may use the public website to review current offers, explore clearly labeled demonstrations, use free resources, submit an inquiry, or purchase an available digital product.
- Submitting an inquiry or receiving an automated reference does not create a service agreement, reserve a project date, approve a project, or require payment.
- If you act for a business or organization, you are responsible for having authority to provide its information and make decisions for it.
- Do not place card numbers, passwords, private customer data, or other unnecessary sensitive information in public inquiry forms or email messages.
3. Service projects and proposals
Website, business-system, document, and monthly support work begins only after the applicable written proposal or agreement requirements are met. That document should define the deliverables, exclusions, price, payment schedule, revisions, estimated timing, customer responsibilities, ownership, transfer, cancellation, third-party costs, and any recurring service.
- Published package prices cover the stated standard scope. Custom requirements, additional work, premium assets, software, domain purchases, advertising, taxes, and other third-party charges may require separate approval.
- Website packages show a launch fee, 12 managed monthly payments, the ownership point, an early-buyout price, and optional care pricing after ownership. The signed agreement controls billing, ownership credits, included care, cancellation, transfer, hosting, and any remaining balance.
- Timelines are estimates that generally begin after required content, access, approvals, and payment are received. Customer delays, revised scope, third-party delays, or new requirements may change the schedule.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer-supplied names, claims, prices, policies, images, logos, testimonials, and other materials, and for having the rights needed for The Detail Coach to use them on your project.
4. Project ownership, domains, and third-party materials
Ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables are established in the applicable proposal or agreement and may depend on final payment. Customer-supplied materials remain subject to the customer's rights. Fonts, stock media, software, plugins, platforms, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Domain registration, hosting, account control, transfer assistance, portfolio permission, and the consequences of ending monthly care must be confirmed in the project agreement. Nothing on a package page silently transfers a domain, third-party account, or separately licensed asset.
5. Digital-product purchases and delivery
- Public digital products are one-time purchases in U.S. dollars unless the product page and secure checkout clearly state otherwise. Applicable sales tax is calculated in secure Stripe Checkout from the billing information provided.
- A digital-product purchase does not create a recurring charge, monthly service, or CRM subscription.
- The website creates access only after server-side payment confirmation. A browser redirect by itself is not proof of payment or fulfillment.
- The current private download link is available through the verified success page and delivery email for seven days and up to five successful downloads. Download and keep a secure working copy during that access period.
- If the product page and secure checkout show different prices or terms, do not complete payment. Contact support so the conflict can be reviewed.
Before purchasing, review the Digital Product License and Refund and Delivery Policy. Those pages explain permitted one-business use, prohibited resale and redistribution, support for verified delivery problems, and the circumstances reviewed for a refund. A refund, when approved, ends future download access. Nothing in the published policy overrides non-waivable customer rights.
6. Educational resources and professional review
Templates, calculators, worksheets, guides, scripts, and other resources are educational business tools. They are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, employment, environmental, safety, regulatory, or other professional advice. Laws, manufacturer requirements, warranties, and business facts vary. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting a resource for your business and obtaining qualified advice where appropriate.
7. Website and product intellectual property
The website's original copy, graphics, demonstrations, layouts, brand assets, and digital products are owned by or licensed to The Detail Coach unless stated otherwise. A purchase grants only the rights stated in the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership of the original template or source material.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or claim authorship of protected site or product materials except as an applicable license or written agreement permits.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or its services to:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, private files, orders, or download links;
- submit malware, abusive traffic, fraudulent payment activity, or false transaction information;
- circumvent security, download, rate, access, or licensing controls;
- interfere with the website, checkout, forms, email delivery, or another visitor's use; or
- use automated collection in a way that overloads the service or copies protected materials for republication.
Access associated with fraud, abuse, a refund, a chargeback, or a material license violation may be restricted while the matter is reviewed, subject to applicable law and any controlling agreement.
9. Demonstrations, availability, and results
Website concepts are fictional demonstrations of capability. Their business details, reviews, scenarios, and other example content are illustrative. Screenshots and previews should be evaluated with their labels and stated scope.
The Detail Coach does not guarantee search rankings, leads, sales, revenue, conversion rates, uninterrupted third-party services, or a particular business result. Search engines, advertising platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, software, and customer actions affect outcomes outside a project's direct scope.
10. Third-party services
The website and customer projects may use third-party services such as Stripe, hosting and domain providers, email delivery, analytics, fonts, stock media, plugins, and business software. Their separate terms, privacy practices, fees, technical limits, and availability may apply. The applicable project agreement identifies customer-paid or customer-controlled third-party services where relevant.
11. Privacy and analytics choices
The Privacy Policy explains the information collected through public forms and customer journeys. Public-site analytics remains off unless a visitor accepts it, and the visitor can later change that choice through Analytics preferences in the footer.
12. Changes and transaction-specific terms
These Terms may be updated when the website, offers, or operating practices change. The effective date above shows the current version. An update to this public page does not by itself rewrite a signed agreement or alter a completed purchase; the documents and disclosures that control that transaction continue to apply.
13. Questions and support
For a question about these Terms, a service proposal, an order, or digital delivery, email support@getdetailcoach.com. Do not include card information or unrelated sensitive data.
